Good features, some delays

I ordered the Pro plan primarily for the AI Summarizer and Document Analytics. Setting up the workspace was quick, and the AI tools are genuinely helpful for research documents. However, getting access to some of the advanced features after upgrading took a bit longer than I expected, around 3 days for full activation. Customer support eventually sorted it out, but it was a slight hiccup in an otherwise good experience. The quality of the platform is definitely there, just wished the feature rollout was instant.

Easy to get started

Got the Bit.ai free trial a few weeks ago to check out the AI Document Editor. It was pretty easy to jump in and start making some project wikis. My team found it straightforward, and we were sharing stuff in no time. Didn't feel like a big learning curve at all. Good experience.

Always a reliable platform

I've been using Bit.ai for my team's internal documentation for about two years now. This last renewal for the business plan was as smooth as ever. The platform is consistent; the Document Tracking and Real-time Collaboration features still work great for our daily needs. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. No surprises, just solid service.

Consistent product, reliable service

I've been using Bit.ai for my team's internal documentation for about two years now. This latest renewal for the business plan was as smooth as previous ones. The Workspace Management features are always reliable, and we really lean on the Real-time Collaboration daily. What keeps me coming back is that it just works, every time. No surprises, which is exactly what you want for essential tools. It's definitely better than the early days of Confluence for us.

Simple and effective

Needed a quick way to manage internal documentation. Bit.ai worked well. The AI Writer helped draft some policies fast. Easy to share. Got the job done.

Bit.ai is fantastic!

Oh my goodness, Bit.ai is just amazing! I just started using the AI Document Editor and it's changed everything for our project planning. The AI Summarizer saved me so much time on research documents, it's truly incredible. My team loves the Interactive Documents. We were able to get our Client Onboarding Docs set up so fast. We'll absolutely be subscribing again next year! Highly recommend!

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a new platform for our project wikis and found Bit.ai. I compared it to a few others, including Notion, and decided to try the Pro plan. Opting for the annual billing definitely made it more affordable, saving a good chunk of money compared to monthly. The free trial let me check out the features before committing, which was a big plus. Setting up our Team Wikis was straightforward, and the Document Templates helped us get started quickly. Overall, it felt like a worthwhile investment for the price.

Solid choice, minor interface point

We moved our team's meeting notes and client onboarding docs to Bit.ai after trying a few other platforms. The real-time collaboration is excellent, and I appreciate the embedded content options. It's definitely good value for the annual business plan. My only small criticism is that the navigation for different workspaces can sometimes feel a bit clunky, could be more intuitive. But overall, it's a strong contender and has improved our workflow.
